A Little Bit About Me
Salaam alakum, my name is Sophie. I am originally from Plymouth but have lived in both Sheffield and Bradford to attend university and work. I studied Adult and mental health nursing master. I have always been religious in 2012 after studying Islam in considerable depth i became a Muslim, or reverted back to Islam. Quite easily the best decision i have made.

I have previously been engaged which resulted in my beautiful intelligent little girl aged 7. As a result I no longer practice nursing, have my own business I am a master braider and hair extension specialist. I have my own halal salon in my house. I am looking at expanding in the future. I also do alot of work for charity which has at times been published in the news.

I am very relaxed, open minded, well educated i love painting drawing long walks and will take any opportunity to have a good laugh. One of the perks of living near the beach is that we spend most of our summers outside of work relaxing and having fun and I'm the queen of BBQs and great at cooking which we often do on the beach! im mixed race half Jamaican half English, i would consider myself to have a very good understanding of the world and other cultures and I'm very adventurous. :)

i love my family wholeheartedly. Although I no longer practice nursing, I know my mum when needed will receive the best care from me. I believe that when i get married my husbands family will become my own and will be looked after equally insha'Allah.

I know what I want in life and that’s inshallah to get married and for my husband and I to learn more about islam together and become ever closer to Allah SWT. So we can Make our way towards jannat-ul-firdaws and insha'Allah bring our family with us… having fun along the way with my family within the boundaries of islam…. I may not look religious i. e I don't wear a hijab but Islam is my heart and have the fear of Allah swt….
